Data deletion instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data associated with cr8rloop.shop. For how we handle data in general, see our Privacy Policy.

Signed-in users (Clerk accounts)

If you created an account through our sign-in provider, you can often delete your account or personal data from your profile or account settings in the app, depending on what we expose in the product. If you do not see a self-service option, send us a deletion request using the contact method below and include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

Visitors without an account

If you interacted with the site without registering, we may still hold limited technical or interaction data. You may request deletion of such data where applicable by contacting us as described below. We may need reasonable information to locate your data (for example, approximate date of interaction or the email you used in a form).

Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

If your data was processed by Meta when you interacted with our Page or linked accounts, you can also use Meta’s own privacy and data settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. We do not control Meta’s systems; deletion on our site does not automatically delete all data Meta may hold under its policies.

How to submit a request

  1. Contact us through the channels published on cr8rloop.shop (for example, help or contact links on the site), or any support email we list for the platform.
  2. Use a clear subject line such as Data deletion request.
  3. Include enough detail for us to verify and locate your data (for example, the email tied to your account, or approximate dates and descriptions of your use of the Services).

What happens next

We will confirm receipt when reasonable and process verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, subject to exceptions (for example, information we must keep for legal or security reasons). We may ask for additional information solely to verify your identity before deleting data.
