Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cr8rloop.shop and related websites, apps, and services we operate (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who we are

The Services are operated by the team behind cr8rloop.shop (“we,” “us,” “our”). Creator storefronts on the platform may be operated by individual creators (“Creators”); where a Creator sells or promotes products, that Creator is responsible for their listings and buyer communications unless we state otherwise.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with permission of a parent or guardian. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the Services.

Accounts

Some features require an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Services or other users.

Using the Services

  • Browsing and shopping. You may view Creator content, follow links to third-party retailers (for example affiliate or LTK links), and use marketplace features such as Drops where offered. Purchases may be between you and a Creator or third party; additional terms may apply at checkout.
  • Creator tools. If you access studio or admin features, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in line with any separate creator agreements or plan limits we publish.
  • Third-party services. The Services integrate with providers such as payment processors, social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.), and messaging tools. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate law or others’ rights;
  • Upload malware, scrape or overload our systems without permission, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with cr8rloop.shop or any Creator;
  • Harass, spam, or post unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content;
  • Circumvent fees, limits, or security measures we implement.

Content and intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Creator content remains owned by the applicable Creator or licensors; you receive only the limited rights needed to use the Services. By submitting content through features we provide (for example comments or profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and operate that content as part of the Services.

Affiliate and external links

Links to retailers, social networks, and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their products, prices, privacy practices, or terms. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content on the Services is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes and termination

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the Services or your access at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
